Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bicycle and e-bike services provided by Bike Bobby in the San Diego area. Bike Bobby is a DBA of Bob Lipton Global, Inc., located at 3525 Del Mar Heights Rd. #733, San Diego, CA 92130.

Appointments and service area. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. Bike Bobby will confirm the service, address, mechanic, and arrival window. Service is subject to availability and may be limited by location, bike type, or the work required.

Estimates and approval. Prices shown on our website are starting prices. We will explain the proposed work and price before beginning service. Parts and specialty repairs are quoted separately. If inspection reveals additional work, we will ask for your approval before performing it.

Access and safety. Please provide a safe, accessible place to work and an accurate description of any known safety issue or prior damage. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe or a repair requires equipment or parts we do not have on site.

Changes and cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any applicable cancellation or travel charge will be disclosed before you confirm the appointment.

Payment. Payment is due according to the approved quote or invoice. Applicable sales tax will be shown on taxable parts or other taxable charges.

Repairs. We will describe the work completed and any issues identified during service. Some issues may require additional parts, specialized service, or a follow-up visit. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under California law.

Bike Bobby SMS program. When you affirmatively consent, Bike Bobby may send transactional text messages about service requests, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, invoices, and customer support. Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or call (619) 335-5690. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
