To help us follow up on unfinished requests, usable contact details entered in the service form may be securely saved as you type, before you submit the full request. This may include your name, phone number, email address, service address, bicycle details, messages, appointment information, quotes, invoices, and payment records. Saving contact details does not confirm an appointment or grant marketing consent. Our website and service providers may also collect basic technical information, such as browser and usage data.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, diagnose the issue you describe, schedule and perform service, provide customer support, send appointment reminders and service updates, deliver estimates and invoices, process payments, maintain business records, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. If you use our digital bike mechanic, we use the answers you submit to provide a preliminary service suggestion; an in-person mechanic confirms the actual work needed.

SMS and text messages

If you consent to text messages from Bike Bobby, we may send transactional messages about your service request, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, estimates, invoices, and customer support. When we share information
